Ready to join FFT? Simply follow these steps to get started:
- Decide which coach you want to work with, and whether you are interested in group or individualized training. Use the contact form to tell us this information. If you’re not sure which option is best for you, contact us and we’ll help you decide on the plan and coach that best meets your needs.
- Fill out the Triathlete Goal Form
- We contact you and schedule a time to discuss your season and goals.
- We meet in person (if you are local) for swim, bike, and run analysis.
- The bike LT test may be performed by one of our sports physiology lab partners, and is typically scheduled 6-8 weeks after the start of base training.
- We’ll send you an Annual Training Plan (ATP) so you understand how the entire season is put together, and get you started with weekly workouts on TrainingPeaks.
Note: we prefer payment via automatically recurring electronic transfer (we like to minimize paperwork, and no coach likes to hound athletes for payment). Checks are also acceptable. We do not currently accept PayPal or credit cards.
