2011 White Lake Training Camp

A fundraiser for the

Fast Forward Triathlon Pro Development Team presented by Inside-Out Sports

All inclusive, lodging (heated cabins), meals, 30min massage.  All you have to do is eat, sleep, train and learn.

  • Eric Bean, MS – Pro Triathlete, 8:29 Ironman PR, Sr. med student, Bike & run specialist
  • Alex McDonald, MD – Pro Triathlete, Ironman champion, Physician, Nutrition & run specialist
  • Dave Williams, MBA, MS – Triangle Multisport Owner, Swim specialist (swam 51 at Kona)
  • Kim Ivey, BS – FFT Pro Development Team, Swim specialist (multiple Sr. Nationals qualifier)

Featuring:

  • 30min Massage, by on-site certified massage therapist, to be schedule prior to camp.
  • On-site bike repair/tune-up services and SAG (support and gear) support during group rides.
  • Informational seminars (nutrition, injury prevention, recovery, transition etc).
  • Individual video analysis of run form, swim form, bike position available.
  • Meet and Greet with Pro athletes
  • Product demos and give-aways

Proposed 2011 White Lake Training Camp Itinerary

Fri 4/1 – AM: – Travel to Singletary Lake State Park or ride down from Inside-Out Sports in Cary, NC.

Fri 4/1 – PM:

- Check in,
- group run
- Breakout Seminars (swim, transition, mental skills, powermeters, bike skills, massage)
- camp orientation and IOS Welcome dinner

Sat 4/2 – AM:

- FFT Breakfast of Champions
- Long group ride 52miles (race simulation) & T-run

Sat 4/2 – PM

- Recovery clinic and Lunch
-Short swim workout, Wetsuit Demos
- Breakout Seminars (swim, transition, mental skills, powermeter, bike skills, massage)
- optional workout (recovery ride/run)
- Cervelo dinner and Nutrition clinic
- Bonfire, “s’more social”

Sun 4/3 – AM:

- Breakfast
- Open water swim, race simulation
- Breakout Seminars (swim, transition, mental skills, powermeter, bike skills, massage)
- Long run

Sun 4/3 – PM:

- Lunch, “Putting it all together clinic” and Camp wrap up
- Check out & travel home, or ride home
